Brushing your teeth is simple in these steps:

1.  Place the head of the brush at an angle to the gum line

2.  Move the brush up and down from the top of the tooth to the bottom of the tooth

3. Use gentle strokes and develop a pattern to clean all surfaces, clean the outer, inner, and the back surfaces of all the upper and lower teeth

  • Replace your toothbrush when it begins to wear or at least every 3 months

  • By age 4, they should be able to brush on their own, use a simple, circular motion brushing technique

  • BRUSH TWICE A DAY, MORNING AND NIGHT

  • Spend at least 2 mins brushing your teeth

  • Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and limit the amount of spitting and rinsing afterwards

  • Use a soft toothbrush

  • Let everyone brush together, so it becomes a routine everyday activity!
