Dentures are another solution compared to missing teeth. They need to be removed every night and cleaned daily. It can vary from a partial denture (replacing a few teeth) or a full denture (a compete set of teeth)

 

Full Dentures:

- These are used to replace teeth when individuals have no teeth from either their upper or lower jaw

-This can be difficult initially to get used to it, however, it can be the best option in terms of affordability aswell as achieving relatively good aesthetics.

 

Partial dentures:

CoCr:

- need to have good supporting teeth as can be difficult to add teeth on to these dentures

- available to certain patients based on your dentists decision to achieve the best possible outcome for you

 

Acrylic:

- used when supporting teeth are not healthy, or as a transitional denture

- when cost is a factor
